A time where i have experienced bad customer service was when i have gone to get my nails done, I found the ladies in the shop very racist and rude, not only towards myself but towards other customers also. They speak in their own language through the duration of you being in the shop, which makes you feel very uncomfortable.

A time where I have experienced good customer service was when I went to a cafe, as soon as you walk into the shop your kindly greeted with a smile, and they make you feel welcome. The customer service suites the needs of the customer throughout the duration of being there. They were very friendly and understanding people, no matter what the situation was.
This video is helpful in ways to make a boring slideshow presentation not so boring, it teaches you how to make the audience more interested in the slideshow. It has a lot of great tips to help you out, these include things such as:
- Putting the main most important information at the top of each slide to make them interested from the beginning.
- Limit the amount of information that you place on each slide.
- Make the slide show simple, etc.
